Shipping policy

At Seasons Clo, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard UK Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
    • Cost: £3.50 (Free on orders over £100)
  • Express UK Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Cost: £4.50 (Free on orders over £150)
  • International Shipping

    • Delivery Times and Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Issues & Delays

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you updated and provide tracking information wherever available.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow its journey. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@seasonsclo.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

7. Returns

At Seasons Clo, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Reporting Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, delivery, or items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at info@seasonsclo.co.uk. Any concerns reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.

Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your parcel is delivered to initiate a return. If we don’t hear from you within this time frame, we’ll assume everything is satisfactory with your order.

Returns Conditions

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All tags must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exclusions

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to or accept returns from any military addresses.
